Circles

Both men and women have been gathering independently in circles for thousands of years to share their experiences, stories, thoughts, ideas and prayers.

Women's Circles and Men’s circles offer a safe and gentle space for women and men of all ages and backgrounds to come together, to share, to hold space for each other and to listen.

Shava Yoga holds both men’s (only) circles and women’s (only) circles. They are for those who wish to find a moment to pause, to listen, to reflect, and to learn from those present and to find a richer connection with our personal purpose and path.

These circles are an initiative to empower and support our community, offering sincere and nourishing connections and the rediscovery of compassion and personal strength.

These Circles are 100% Not For Profit.
