LECTURE
Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and explored through a Śaiva Tantric perspective, this workshop introduces some of the foundational principles that form the architecture of Ayurvedic understanding — the five elements (bhutas), the three doṣas, the qualities (guṇas), and the dynamic relationship between consciousness, nature and the body.
Rather than approaching these teachings as a set of rigid rules, we explore Ayurveda as a living framework for self-knowledge, balance and conscious participation in life — and consider how these timeless principles can be meaningfully integrated into contemporary living.

Beneath the physical body lies a more subtle dimension of our being — the energetic field of prāṇa, the vital force that animates, nourishes and connects us to life.
Drawing from the Tantric and Ayurvedic traditions, this workshop explores the science and intelligence of prāṇa: what it is, how it moves through us, and how we can learn to consciously perceive, regulate and work with it.
Through embodied practices, breath, awareness and subtle movement, we’ll explore how to discover prāṇa, feel prāṇa, move prāṇa and intentionally direct it — cultivating greater vitality, presence, balance and wellbeing.
